1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (Try It Risk-Free)

You may use the product and still request a refund if you’re not satisfied.

To qualify:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking).

  • The item must be returned in reasonable condition (normal trial use is OK).

  • Include all original parts/accessories that came with the item.

2. Returns After 30 Days

After 30 days, we do not offer refunds under the money-back guarantee.
(If your item is defective or damaged, see section 5.)

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t be responsible for lost return parcels.

4. How to Start a Return

Email hello@trypavra.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • A quick photo of the item (so we can help faster)

5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos/video and we’ll make it right (replacement or refund depending on the case).

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll email you an update.
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by bank/card provider.
